About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Management (CSM) Intern to assist with client onboarding, application demos, and ongoing client communication. This role involves explaining the product, resolving client queries, and ensuring a smooth user experience — all done remotely or via video calls.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct product walkthroughs and onboarding sessions via Zoom/Google Meet.
2. Maintain strong communication with clients to understand and resolve their concerns.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
4. Track client activity, collect feedback, and maintain CRM documentation.
5. Educate clients on best practices for using the platform effectively.
