About the Internship
The management trainee will undergo a structured training program designed to develop skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in management. This role provides exposure to various business functions and management practices, preparing the individual for a full-time opportunity within our organization.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Account support: Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with assigned accounts for smooth interactions.
2. Customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
3. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
4. Product expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our products to better assist customers.
5. Performance support: Help the customer success team achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
