Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Serve as the first point of contact for US/UK-based clients through email.
2. Address client inquiries, provide status updates, and capture feedback for service improvement.
3. Escalate client concerns to internal teams and coordinate follow-ups to ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
4. Perform recurring operational support tasks aligned with customer success processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Website, SEO, Ads, and Social media to ensure a seamless client experience.
