About the Internship
Impacteers is looking for a proactive Customer Success Intern to support learner onboarding, engagement, and issue resolution. You’ll work with the Core Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth and impactful learner experience.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in onboarding users and addressing their queries
2. Track user interactions, collect feedback, and maintain reports
3. Prepare basic dashboards and coordinate resolutions
