About the Internship
As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Zinterview.ai, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your English proficiency will be key in effectively communicating. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the tech industry and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via email, chat, and phone.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
3. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
The position is 100% remote.
This position has two shifts - 12PM to 6PM and from 6PM to 12PM (6 hours). You should be flexible with both options.
You should have access to a good laptop with webcam during this internship period.
You should be able work from home job/internship between Oct 1, 2025 to Dec 31, 2025.
