About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Talk to users on chat or short calls, understand their issues, and resolve them end-to-end with a clear, polite tone.
2. Capture and organize feedback, keep tidy conversation notes, and update quick replies/FAQ for common questions.
3. Review weekly support trends (top issues, response times) and follow up with users to make sure problems are actually closed.
