About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage day-to-day fulfillment of orders for Pooja and Astrology services, ensuring timely and seamless execution.
2. Assign orders to appropriate partner Pandits or Astrologers and ensure service delivery meets Dharmayana’s quality standards.
3. Oversee the end-to-end order process, including partner assignment, quality checks on inputs, and final processing before delivery to customers.
4. Use tools like Canva to assist with basic video editing or processing tasks as required for customer-facing content.
5. Prepare and share post-consultation documents, including recommended remedies suggested by Pandits or Astrologers, with customers.
6. Act as the first point of contact for user queries, grievances, and feedback.
7. Maintain service quality by coordinating with supply partners.
8. Set up and manage workflows for customer service.
9. Funnel qualitative feedback to product and tech teams for continuous improvement.
10. Analyze user complaints and proactively reduce recurring issues.
11. Support onboarding, training, & nurturing of partners (e.g., pandits, astrologers) to ensure consistency & quality in delivery.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
13. Assist in acquiring new supply partners across service categories and geographies based on demand (e.g., regional astrologers, temple partners, or language-specific experts).
14. Track supply-side performance and help implement improvement plans or corrective actions where needed.
15. Contribute to documentation and refinement of internal SOPs for both user and supply operations.
