About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Attending inbound calls from customers on the support numbers.
2. Maintain quality parameters and provide accurate information related to the query asked by the customer.
3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
5. Replying to emails received from the customers
