Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns through email, WhatsApp, and social media, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
2. Conduct post delivery follow-ups to collect feedback and document recurring issues for process improvements.
3. Track and evaluate customer support processes, providing recommendations to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Support in maintaining accurate records of vendor interactions, product availability, and delivery timelines.
