About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp and Instagram DM regarding tufting workshops
2. Understand customer requirements (solo, couple, group, birthday, corporate, etc.) and guide them accordingly.
3. Follow up with interested leads via chat to encourage bookings
4. Maintain basic records of enquiries, responses, and conversions
5. Ensure all communication reflects the brand’s friendly and professional tone
6. Coordinate with the studio or sales team for availability and special requests
