About the Internship
As a customer service/customer support intern at Factech Automation Solutions Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in MS Office, MS Excel, and communication while gaining practical experience in a dynamic work environment. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers.
3. Make sure to contact each client every 30 days, followed by quarterly review meetings.
4. Contact every newly onboarded client within 2 days until smoother implementation.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer issue.
7. Record training modules videos.
