About the Internship
We are looking for a customer support specialist intern who will play a key role in supporting end-users, optimizing Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT service management, client interaction, and process optimization within a dynamic environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the optimization and administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
2. Provide technical and functional support to users, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and incidents.
3. Monitor and escalate unresolved issues to senior IT personnel as required, maintaining clear communication throughout the resolution process.
4. Set up and support video conferencing sessions and meeting presentations to ensure smooth execution.
5. Ensure adherence to IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data privacy, and cybersecurity standards in all tasks.
6. Track and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) — ensuring tickets are resolved within defined timelines and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
7. Log, document, and update support requests accurately using Zoho Desk tools.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the support process and optimize Microsoft 365 utilization.
