About the Internship

In this role, you will have the opportunity to hone your English and Hindi proficiency, and client relationship management abilities. Your responsibilities will include cold calling, handling client grievances, and building strong relationships with customers. Your interpersonal skills and effective communication will be key in providing top-notch customer support.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Providing exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
2. Managing client relationships and addressing any grievances in a timely and professional manner.
3. Utilizing MS Office to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
4. Conducting cold calling to generate leads and following up on customer inquiries.
5. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
6. Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
7. Communicating effectively with clients to provide product information and resolve any issues.
8. Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
9. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to gain insights into customer needs and expectations.
10. Using this feedback to drive improvements in the customer support experience.
