About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and Instagram within timelines.
2. Verify COD orders, confirm addresses, and help reduce return-to-origin (RTO) cases.
3. Update customers on order status, deliveries, and exchanges using templates.
4. Coordinate with operations for order dispatches, returns, and exchanges.
5. Maintain records of queries and resolutions in Google Sheets/Notion.
