About the Internship
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reputation Manager Intern to join our team. The intern will play a key role in enhancing customer experience and managing our brand's online presence. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth order confirmations and assisting with queries via call and chat support.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call and confirm online orders placed by customers
2. Provide prompt and polite support to users via phone and chat
3. Assist customers with queries related to orders, shipping, returns, etc.
4. Gather feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality
5. Maintain a positive brand image through effective communication
6. Escalate critical issues to the relevant internal teams
