About the Internship
Selected Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction & Support: Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely and helpful assistance.
2. Order Management Assistance: Tracking orders, coordinating with logistics, and updating customers on order status or delivery issues.
3. Feedback & Insights Collection: Gathering customer feedback, documenting common queries or complaints, and sharing insights with the team to improve product and service experience.
4. Support Content Creation: Assisting in creating FAQs, message templates, and communication materials for consistent brand voice.
5. Collaboration with Marketing & Sales: Coordinating with the team to support campaigns, promotions, and B2B co-branding initiatives by handling customer touchpoints effectively.
