Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Provide timely and effective support to customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
3. Create and manage support tickets using our internal ticketing system, ensuring clear documentation of all interactions.
4. Communicate updates, collect additional details, and ensure customers have a positive experience.
