About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Interact with customers on a daily basis via calls, messages, and emails to share information and resolve queries
2. Assist in running customer communication campaigns (Email/WhatsApp) for offers, deals, product launches, and loyalty programs using provided content.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
4. Help generate and maintain customer databases from e-commerce platforms and digital sales orders
5. Learn and understand company products, processes, and policies under the guidance of the reporting manager
6. Support in maintaining service quality standards and customer satisfaction
