About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Updating customer details in the CRM
2. Learning how the CRM platform works (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.)
3. Reporting small system issues to the CRM team
4. Preparing simple daily/weekly reports in Excel or CRM dashboards
5. Coordinating with sales, marketing, and teams for data or updates.
