About the Internship
As a Customer Success Executive – Telugu, you will manage and support our Telugu-speaking clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, effective product adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the primary contact for Telugu-speaking customers.
2. Drive onboarding, training, and platform adoption.
3. Provide proactive support and resolve client issues promptly.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
5. Monitor usage, identify growth opportunities, and support retention.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. 1–5 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Support.
3. Experience in SaaS, Telecom, or Broadband preferred.
4. Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
5. Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
