About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Client Onboarding and Training:
1. Guide new clients through the LYWO recruitment platform onboarding process.
2. Provide comprehensive training on platform features and functionalities.
3. Assist clients in setting up their accounts and profiles within the platform.
4. Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and training materials.
5. Ensure seamless integration of the platform with client's existing hiring processes.
6. Address any initial questions or concerns clients may have regarding platform usage.
B. Client Relationship Management:
1. Gather client feedback and relay it to the product development team for platform improvements.
2. Address and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
3. Conduct regular check-in calls and meetings to assess client satisfaction.
4. Proactively communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
C. Job Description Assistance and Optimization:
1. Stay up-to-date on best practices for job description writing and provide relevant insights to clients.
2. Review and edit job descriptions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
3. Optimize job descriptions for search engine visibility and applicant attraction.
4. Provide guidance on incorporating company culture and values into job postings.
5. Ensure job descriptions align with LYWO’s personality-based hiring approach.
6. Assist clients in crafting compelling and effective job descriptions.
D. Applicant Screening and Support:
1. Maintain accurate records of applicant data and communication.
2. Address applicant inquiries and provide support throughout the application process.
3. Assist clients with scheduling interviews and managing the hiring process.
4. Provide clients with updates on applicant progress and screening results.
5. Identify qualified candidates and forward them to clients for further evaluation.
6. Conduct initial screenings of applicants based on client-defined criteria.
E. Platform Support and Issue Resolution:
1. Communicate platform updates and maintenance schedules to clients.
2. Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Document common platform issues and their resolutions for future reference.
4. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related problems and errors.
6. Provide technical support to clients experiencing issues with the recruitment platform.
F. Data Analysis and Reporting:
1. Contribute to the development of customer retention strategies.
2. Track customer retention metrics and identify opportunities to improve retention rates.
3. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
4. Generate reports on client platform usage, applicant data, and hiring outcomes.
5. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in client hiring processes.
6. Monitor client hiring progress and identify trends and patterns.
