About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage and update customer data in CRM systems accurately.
2. Log customer queries received via WhatsApp, email, calls, and social platforms.
3. Categorize and tag customer issues related to air purifiers and pollution-season concerns.
4. Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure timely resolution.
5. Maintain daily reports on customer interactions and escalations.
6. Assist the support team during high-volume pollution season inquiries.
7. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
