About the Internship
We are an online business specializing in premium and trendy phone covers and accessories. We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our team and handle customer call support.The selected intern's daily responsibilities will include:
1. Calling customers to confirm orders and delivery addresses.
2. Handling NDR (Non-Delivery Report) calls for undelivered orders.
3. Updating order details in our system.
4. Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery.
5. Maintaining a polite and professional tone while interacting with customers.
