1. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns via phone, email, and in person
2. Process orders accurately and efficiently using MS-Excel
3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers
4. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
5. Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Update customer records and data in our CRM system
7. Assist in creating reports and analyzing customer feedback to improve services
