About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and calls
2. Handling pre-sale and post-sale queries for our online coaching programs and Amazon services
3. Following up with leads and resolving doubts to improve conversions
4. Maintaining accurate records of interactions using CRM or spreadsheets
5. Assisting with onboarding support for new customers
6. Managing and updating customer databases
7. Coordinating internally with marketing/sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
8. Providing basic tech support and redirection when needed
9. Taking regular feedback and sharing insights to improve service delivery
