About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Customer Interaction
1) Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or social media messages from customers.
2) Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products, services, billing, or technical issues.
3) Make outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback, confirm appointments, or update order status.
B. Issue Resolution
1) Identify and diagnose customer problems or complaints.
2) Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues effectively.
3) Escalate unresolved cases to senior support staff or relevant departments (technical, billing, logistics, etc.).
