About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle consumer queries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and social media.
2. Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and issues.
3. Coordinate with internal teams like quality, sales, and marketing to ensure resolution.
4. Assist in preparing consumer complaint reports and tracking closure timelines.
5. Support CRM activities and help improve consumer engagement processes.
6. Conduct follow-ups to ensure consumer issues are resolved to satisfaction.
7. Contribute to consumer insights, trends, and improvements in service quality.
