About the Internship
As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Unacademy, you will have the exciting opportunity to interact with our diverse user base in both Hindi and English. Your strong language skills will be vital in providing top-notch support and assistance to our users. Your proficiency in MS-Excel will also come in handy for organizing and analyzing data to improve our customer service strategies.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

5. Assist in developing customer service scripts and guidelines for the team.
