About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, inquiries, and feedback.
2. Handle inbound customer queries with patience and clear communication.
3. Provide accurate information about products/services.
4. Maintain and update call logs, lead sheets, and customer records.
5. Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
6. Assist in solving customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.
7. Build and maintain a friendly and positive relationship with customers.
