About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle all day-to-day inbound and outbound queries, including calls, emails, and social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter
2. Gather customer feedback, reviews, and ratings from customers
3. Empathize with and understand dissatisfied customers and our target audience
4. Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure the expected turn-around-time (TAT) is maintained
5. Uphold the premium experience of the company for the customer base and take ownership of end-to-end query resolution
