About the Internship
Roles and Responsibilities:-- Resolve queries of Teachers to validate their data as part of our Specimen programme.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance teachers’ satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of teacher’s interactions, process teacher’s accounts, and file documents.
- Handle teacher’s complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Skills Needed:-
- Fresher candidates are welcome.
- Solid never give up and positive attitude.
- Good English communication.
- Good technical skills (should know how to use Excel, CRM tools, etc).
