About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. First Point of Contact: Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, including returns, refunds, and product questions. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback
2. Multi-Channel Support: Providing support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
3. Response Time: Ensuring that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction. Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
4. Issue Resolution: Resolving customer issues effectively and escalating them when necessary.
5. Basic Computer Skills : Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records and interactions.
6. Coordination :Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues effectively. Assist in the development of client services strategies to improve overall customer experience.
