About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Managing customer communications through various channels (Instagram, email, and calling).
2. Updating and maintaining customer data in the CRM system.
3. Assisting in segmenting customers based on purchase history and behaviour
4. Preparing daily/weekly CRM performance reports.
5. Responding to customer queries or feedback and escalating issues when necessary.
