Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage customer queries and communication across calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
2. Follow up on abandoned carts and leads to drive conversions.
3. Maintain customer data and assist with post-purchase engagement.
4. Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive brand experience.
5. Help reduce churn and improve customer retention through regular follow-ups.
6. Ensure all customer interactions align with the brand’s values and communication standards.
