About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage our front desk, which is the face of the facility. Interact with customers coming in for 4 different sports, give them more information on the facility and counsel them on the benefits of each.
2. Take customers to billing and signup, and also focus on cross- & up-selling products & services.
3. Reach out to customers on a call to give them updates regarding events
4. Lead customer management for events like corporate bookings for birthday events.
