About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Be the friendly point of contact for pet parents before and after clinic or home visits
2. Check in with pet parents to ensure they feel informed, comfortable, and cared for
3. Help pet parents with basic queries, and escalate concerns to the right team
4. Collect honest feedback and share insights to improve our services
5. Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff, and operations to ensure a smooth experience
6. Establish SOPs and strategic frameworks for customer experience at the hospital level.
