About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Analyze customer behavior and trends using app and CRM data
2. Drive and manage customer engagement campaigns (surveys, feedback loops, etc.)
3. Support customer relationship initiatives and retention strategies
4. Provide weekly reports and actionable insights to management
5. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to identify patterns and insights
