About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
3. Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
5. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
6. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned department
7. Adhere to company guidelines, scripts, and service standards
8. Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
9. Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional communication style at all times
10. Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
