About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries on WhatsApp, maintaining data in Google Sheets, and reporting daily updates to the team.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via WhatsApp
2. Maintain accurate and organized customer data using Google Sheets
3. Report daily interactions and updates to the internal team
4. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication
5. Assist with follow-ups and basic customer support tasks
