Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in preparation & filing of ROC returns and statutory documents
2. Supporting in board/committee meeting documentation (notices, agenda, minutes)
3. Working on stock exchange compliances (BSE & NSE)
4. Maintaining statutory registers, records & filings
5. Assisting in corporate governance practices, annual reports, and disclosures
6. Supporting compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other applicable laws
