About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Creative Ideation & Analysis:
1. Conceptualize new ad ideas and formats to test across channels.
2. Analyze past winning and non-winning ads to identify patterns and replicate success.
3. Research competitors and explore novel ad formats from different industries to diversify and enhance creative strategies.
B. Copywriting & Script Writing:
1. Strong copywriting skills are non-negotiable—this role requires a creative strategist who can write compelling scripts and ad copies.
2. Collaborate with content writers and leverage AI tools to scale creative production without compromising quality.
3. Deliver scripts and copy that resonate with the target audience and convert them into customers.
C. Production:
1. Coordinate with stakeholders (designers, video editors, production teams) to ensure the smooth execution of shoots and other creative outputs.
2. Provide creative direction during shoots to bring your vision to life.
D. Editing & Finalization:
1. Partner with video editors/graphic designers to produce polished and impactful final outputs.
2. Review, refine, and iterate based on performance metrics.
E. Experimentation & Innovation:
1. Embrace an experimentation mindset: Be ready to test any logical ad format that has potential.
2. Stay ahead of trends by integrating AI tools and techniques into the creative process to enhance efficiency and innovation.
F. Trend Spotting:
1. Stay updated on platform-specific trends, ad formats, and algorithm updates (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
2. Incorporate emerging trends into creative strategies.
