About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Designing daily/weekly social media posts, stories, and reels using Canva & Photoshop.
2. Preparing design drafts and making revisions based on feedback.
3. Ensuring all creatives follow the brand guidelines (colors, fonts, and layouts).
4. Optimizing designs for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
5. Coordinating with the content/marketing team to align visuals with copy.
6. Managing design files, templates, and maintaining an organized drive/folder.
7. Researching trending design styles & social media formats for inspiration.
8. Supporting the team in creating ad creatives, posters, and banners when required.
9. Delivering designs on time as per the content calendar deadlines.
