About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Design and visual communication – Create visually appealing posters, mailers, newsletters, and digital assets for various internal initiatives using Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
2. Content creation and editing – Draft, edit, and proofread engaging written content for internal communication campaigns, announcements, and event promotions.
3. Brand consistency – Ensure all creatives and content adhere to MBB Labs’ internal branding, tone, and visual identity guidelines.
4. UI/UX support – Collaborate with internal stakeholders on small UI/UX design tasks or prototypes (if skilled), such as improving intranet or internal portal layouts.
5. Event support – Assist in conceptualizing and creating communication material for employee engagement events, celebrations, training sessions, and VOICE/annual day activities.
6. Coordination – Liaise with HR, design, and operations teams to understand content requirements, gather inputs, and deliver final creatives within deadlines.
7. Creative ideation – Bring fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling for internal communication — exploring new formats like infographics, short videos, or interactive content.
8. Documentation and archiving – Maintain a structured repository of design assets, content templates, and previous campaign materials for future reference.
