About the Internship
1. Reach out to potential clients to share details of ongoing property projects and understand their requirements.2. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested buyers through calls, messages, and emails to ensure engagement.
3. Assess customer budgets, location preferences, and needs to recommend suitable property options.
4. Record daily calls, client interactions, and status updates accurately in CRM tools or Excel.
5. Schedule appointments for site visits or meetings with sales managers based on client interest.
6. Coordinate property site visits by providing clients with project details, maps, and directions.
7. Gain knowledge of real estate projects through brochures, presentations, and training sessions.
8. Assist the sales team in planning and executing customer meetings, events, and weekend campaigns.
9. Handle customer queries by delivering accurate and timely information.
10. Share client feedback with the team to improve communication strategies and service offerings.
11. This is a site-based role, and the candidate will be required to work from the Sarjapura project site.
