About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Visit project sites or nearby locations to meet interested buyers and explain property details in person.
2. Talk to walk-in customers or prospects, understand what they’re looking for, and suggest suitable options.
3. Coordinate with the senior sales team to schedule site visits and follow-ups with clients.
4. Collect and update customer details after each visit and share timely feedback with the team.
5. Distribute brochures, share location maps, and give real-time property updates to clients during visits.
6. Learn how to handle basic sales discussions and resolve client doubts with proper guidance.
7. Work on assigned area-wise field activities like placing standees, banners, or survey forms for promotion.
