2. Generate ideas that scare average marketers
3. Sit in idea discussions from day one (no 'observe silently' nonsense)
4. Break, rebuild, and question briefs
5. Turn internet behaviour into brand behaviour
6. Learn how real agencies think and not how textbooks explain advertising
