About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop and execute creative content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms to reflect Zenro’s fast-paced, global work.
2. Research trending topics, formats, and industry conversations to keep Zenro’s content fresh and relevant.
3. Plan, design, and publish visually compelling posts, carousels, reels, and videos using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
4. Capture and edit in-house photos and videos of ongoing activities, training programs, events, and candidate journeys to Japan.
5. Write engaging and well-structured copy for captions, articles, newsletters, and web content, aligned with Zenro’s brand voice.
6. Build and maintain a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistency and timely execution of campaigns.
7. Monitor analytics and audience engagement to refine strategies and improve reach, impressions, and conversions.
8. Collaborate directly with the leadership team to conceptualise and roll out special campaigns, announcements, and events.
9. Ensure all designs and content meet professional brand guidelines while still experimenting with bold, creative ideas
