About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Write, edit, and proofread compelling content tailored for various platforms including social media, blogs, email, and websites.
2. Develop engaging, audience-centric visuals and copy to boost online presence.
3. Repurpose long-form content (e.g., blogs, reports) into social media-friendly formats such as carousels, infographics, reels, or threads.
4. Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to plan and execute content strategies aligned with overarching brand goals.
5. Define content pillars, themes, and tone of voice for different target segments.
6. Analyze campaign performance to refine and optimize future strategies.
7. Post and schedule content across highly effective platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and Threads.
8. Monitor engagement metrics and adjust tactics accordingly.
9. Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
10. Conduct ongoing research into industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
11. Use insights to inform content creation, improve relevance, and maximize reach.
12. Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
13. Provide content support for campaigns, product launches, or event promotions.
14. Maintain a feedback loop to continuously improve content quality.
15. Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s tone, voice, and style guide.
16. Uphold consistency across every touchpoint, including captions, visuals, hashtags, and call-to-actions.
17. Plan and maintain detailed editorial and social media calendars.
18. Coordinate the timely delivery and publication of content across platforms.
19. Adapt and tailor content for each platform’s best practices (e.g., character limits, image sizes, algorithm behavior).
20. Stay updated with evolving platform features and leverage them creatively (e.g., Stories, Shorts, Threads, Lives).
