About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Write marketing scripts for short videos, ads, and social campaigns.
2. Curate a large volume of high-quality short videos every day across themes like motivation, devotional, good morning, good night, and suvichar-style content.
3. Identify high-performing content ideas by studying trends across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Moj.
4. Go deep into the details of what makes content perform - analyze hooks, visuals, voice, and emotional triggers.
5. Maintain a structured content tracker with proper tagging, themes, and references.
6. Work with the creative and marketing teams to plan daily content drops and experiments.
7. Keep improving based on feedback and performance data.
