About the Internship
Work directly with the founder to manage all things e-commerce, content, and brand growth. If you’re passionate about fashion, social media and want to learn how to scale a D2C brand, this role is for you!Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Shopify management: Update stock, pricing, and product details.
2. Marketplace handling: Manage listings on Ajio, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
3. Inventory tracking: Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate dispatches.
4. Order processing: Ensure timely shipping and resolve delivery issues.
5. Customer support: Handle queries related to orders, returns, and status updates.
6. Content & social media: Schedule posts/reels, write captions, and do basic video edits (Canva/Inshot).
7. Marketing support: Assist with SEO, email campaigns, influencer gifting, and ad monitoring.
